OIL to fry
2 cups of cubed HAM ( small cubes )
3TB SUGAR
SOY SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS

Add OIL to pan and stir fry ONION and GARLIC till onion is clear
Add HAM pieces and continue stirring for 3 to 5 minutes

Add SUGAR and SOY SAUCE they can be flexible as we like a lot of both I would say 1 TB SUGAR to every 4 shakes of SOY SAUCE continue to stir SALT and PEPPER to taste
Add in 2 raw EGGS stir till eggs are cooked
Serve with cooked PEA PODS and ALMONDS and make some LIMEAIDE
